We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible—often the same day when the order is placed, or the next day when needed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- Shipping operations typically run 7 days/week, excluding recognized U.S. holidays.
- During peak demand, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Current standard shipping fees are:
- United States: $9.95 shipping for 1 or 3 bottles; FREE shipping on the 6-bottle package.
- Canada: $13.95 shipping (all packages).
- Other countries: $19.95 shipping (all packages).
If you purchase an upgrade, shipping may not be charged unless explicitly stated at checkout.
4. Tracking
After your order ships, we send a tracking ID and a personalized tracking link by email (where available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
- If you didn’t receive a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder.
- If you still can’t find it, contact contact@mitolyn.com with the email used at checkout.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
- If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mitolyn.com.
- We may not be able to update the address after an order has been processed or shipped.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless explicitly stated at checkout.
7. Carrier Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, peak season volume, service disruptions, or other factors. While we work to ship your order promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
8. Missing, Lost, or “Delivered” Packages
8.1 Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:
- Check around your delivery location (mailroom, front desk, neighbors, safe drop areas).
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Email us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist: contact@mitolyn.com.
8.2 Lost in Transit
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier and fulfillment partners to investigate and determine the best resolution (reshipment or other remedy, as appropriate).
9. Returns Related to Shipping
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or repeated delivery attempts, we can help discuss reshipment options (additional shipping fees may apply) or other solutions based on the situation.
