1. Eligibility

Mitolyn comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee starting from your order date. If at any point during this 90-day period you decide Mitolyn isn’t right for you, you may request a refund by following the instructions in this policy.

  • Refund window: you must be within 90 days of the original order date.
  • Return requirement: to receive a full refund, you must return all bottles from the order (even if empty, full, or partially full).
  • Documentation: include the original packing slip (or the order details listed in Section 3).

2. Timeframes

You have a full ninety (90) days from the date of your order to request a refund and complete your return. For best results, many customers choose to use Mitolyn consistently before deciding—however, you may request a refund at any time within the 90-day window.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start, email contact@mitolyn.com with the subject line Return Request or Refund Request.

Please include:

  • Full name and email used at checkout
  • ClickBank Order ID (from your order receipt)
  • Full shipping address where the order was received
  • Phone number (helpful for order verification)
  • Reason for the request

Our team will reply with guidance if you need help locating your order details and to confirm any special circumstances. To complete a refund, you must still return all bottles as outlined in Section 4.

4. Return Shipping

To receive a full refund, you must return all bottles from the order you wish to be refunded (empty, full, or partially full) to our fulfillment center within the 90-day refund period.

  • Include paperwork: return the original packing slip, or include a note with your ClickBank Order ID, full name, full return address, email, and phone number.
  • Return shipping costs: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
  • Shipping fees/customs: shipping fees and any customs charges for orders delivered outside the U.S. are not refundable.

5. Refunds

Once our fulfillment center receives and processes your return, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund method: original payment method (unless otherwise required by law).
  • Timing: after processing, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Confirmation: you will receive an email when your refund has been processed.

6. Replacements / Exchanges

Mitolyn purchases are typically handled through the refund-and-return process described above. If you believe there was an order issue that requires special handling, contact us at contact@mitolyn.com and include your ClickBank Order ID.

7. Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:

  • Check around your delivery location (front desk, mailroom, neighbors, safe drop areas).
  • Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
  • Email our support team so we can help you review the shipment details and next steps.

Depending on the situation and carrier outcome, we may guide you on the best resolution path.

8. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at contact@mitolyn.com. We can usually resolve concerns faster through support than through a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback may delay the resolution process while the dispute is reviewed.
